Business Processes are the main blood stream of any organization. Enterprises that rely on paper-based processes with physical transfer of documents across employees, cannot flourish. Jupiter Business process management is designed to help organizations automate, control and track their business processes. Jupiter leverages and extends the capabilities of Oracle workflow. Process administrators design process flow, define the associated forms and user roles according to the business rules. Building a process flow is easily done through web-based wizard-style screens that guide users from one step to the other until the process definition is complete.

Jupiter Process Management is highly integrated with Jupiter document management allowing users to attach documents to be routed along with the process. Upon completion of a process, all the process information and associated documents get stored for further access and retrieval through queries, reporting or other purposes.

Organizations can also configure Jupiter business process management to integrate with their existing business applications or to extend the system capabilities with processing logic specific their own business needs.

Jupiter Mobile eServices Gateway also integrates with Jupiter process management. When a client requests a service through the internet or handheld device, the correspondence business process is started automatically and routed internally among employees for fulfilling the client request or service. Clients are capable of logging in and tracking the status of their requests.

With Jupiter Business Process Management, organizations:
